Proxxon socket wrench set TX 1/4" + 1/2"

The Proxxon TX socket wrench special set (29-piece) is the perfect choice for anyone who regularly works with TX screws (Torx) - whether in the automotive sector, mechanical engineering or precision assembly. The set contains specially matched inserts for 1/4" and 1/2" square drives, neatly sorted in a sturdy, powder-coated steel case for maximum protection and organization.

For finer applications with tightening torques up to 10 Nm, 1/4" sockets (6.3 mm) in sizes TTX 10 to TTX 30 are included, including external TX sockets E 4 to E 10.

For higher torques from 25 to 135 Nm, the set contains 1/2" sockets (12.5 mm) in two versions:

- Standard length (55 mm): TX 30 to TX 60

- Extra long (100 mm): TX 40 to TX 60

- External TX inserts: E 12 to E 20

Three angled wrenches in sizes TX 6, TX 8 and TX 10 round off the set - ideal for hard-to-reach places.

The inserts are made of chrome vanadium steel (31 CrV 3), the blades of special steel with a chrome-silicon-manganese-molybdenum alloy - for maximum resilience. The surface is nickel-plated twice and chrome-plated once for optimum protection.
