Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Business customers and entrepreneurs are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

For quick and easy processing, you can submit your cancellation within fourteen days of receiving the merchandise using our online cancellation feature, where you can also arrange for the return at the same time.

If you already have a customer account, you can log in and select the order in question.

You do not need to have a customer account or password set up in advance. You can also log in using the email address you provided when placing your order. You will then receive a one-time access code or login link via email, which you can use to view your order.

Next, proceed as follows:

Select the order in question.
Select the items you wish to return.
Please provide or confirm the information required for the cancellation.
Submit your statement by clicking the “Confirm Revocation” button .
Follow the return instructions provided.

After you submit your request, you will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation. This email will include the text of your cancellation notice, as well as the date and time it was received.

Electronic cancellation is the method we recommend to ensure prompt processing and clear tracking of your return.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Returns and Return Shipping Costs

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return or deliver the goods immediately, and no later than fourteen days, to the following address:

The return period is considered met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please do not return the merchandise to us with shipping charges due.

Submitting a cancellation request via the electronic cancellation feature allows for faster assignment and processing of the return. However, it is not a prerequisite for the validity of a cancellation declared in any other unambiguous manner.

Exclusion or Premature Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,

that are not prefabricated and
whose production requires an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or
that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. It does not apply to contracts entered into by a business owner or business customer in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not citizens of any Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and shipping address, at the time the contract is concluded, are located outside the European Union.

Related or Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later rescind it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit.

This is particularly likely to be the case if we are also your lender, or if your lender relies on our involvement for financing purposes.

If we have already received the loan by the time the cancellation takes effect or the goods are returned, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return.

This does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments, such as securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives.

If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal for that as well.

General Information on Returns

Please avoid damaging or soiling the merchandise. If possible, return the merchandise to us in its original packaging, along with all accessories and packaging materials. Use protective outer packaging if necessary.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage during shipping. The absence of the original packaging does not preclude your right to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
Please do not return the merchandise to us with shipping charges due.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.
We recommend that you submit your cancellation and return request through your order summary before shipping. You can use either your existing customer account or the email address you used when placing the order. You do not need to have a customer account or password set up in advance.
Prior online registration of the return is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
