1/2" ratchet set

Sockets from 8 - 34 mm (the latter for M 22 according to the new ISO standard). Deep sockets sizes 13 - 17 and 19 mm for protruding threaded bolts. Special spark plug sockets 16 and 21 mm. See illustration for other contents.

The most important part: the ratchet. Forged from a single piece of CrV steel. Hardened and with flawless teeth: several of the 52 teeth engage simultaneously and transmit extremely high torque. With release mechanism: release the insert tools at the touch of a button.

In sturdy, powder-coated steel case. With torsion-resistant, indestructible molded insert made of injection-molded POLYPROPYLENE. Oil-resistant, acid-resistant and easy to clean. With permanently legible marking for all wrench sizes!

The ratchet - the most important part:
Forged from a single piece of CrV steel. Hardened and with flawless teeth: several of the 52 teeth engage simultaneously and transmit extremely high torque.
With release mechanism: release the insert tools by pressing a button. Optimum surface protection: 2 x nickel-plated and then matt chrome-plated. Non-detachable handle made of oil and acid-resistant TPR (thermoplastic rubber) with practical hole for hanging.


The driver system:
The drive is not via the corners, but on the flanks.
For high force transmission, the edges of the nuts remain untouched.

Inserts and operating elements are forged from CrV steel 31 CrV 3.
With high carbon content for continuous hardness.  A deep and even forging through is guaranteed on the hexagonal side, so that protruding threaded bolts do not interfere. Although very thin-walled there is no risk of breakage. The beveled surface at the top facilitates fitting. 4 milled fits in the square, so that the ratchet can engage properly. Sockets from 19 mm turned square for better handling . Optimum surface protection: 2 x nickel-plated and 1 x matt chrome-plated.
