Technical support is free of charge

In order to respond quickly and efficiently, we need a BRIEF and PRECISE description of the fault, as well as the SERIAL NUMBER of the item (instruments and mo.unit). You will need the vehicle wiring diagram and technical knowledge to connect our products. We cannot provide either of these at this point. We do not answer vehicle-specific questions about the connection and do not provide vehicle wiring diagrams. Please contact your dealer or a workshop for this.

Read the operating instructions in full. You will find the answers to all your questions here. Our products evolve and operating instructions change. Make sure that your instructions are the correct ones. Please refer to the cover page of the instructions and the serial number of your product.

Serial number

Product-related questions about instruments or the mo.unit require the serial number. Support inquiries without a serial number cannot be answered. The serial number consists of 8 digits and is located on the back of instruments and on the side or front of the mo.unit. The serial number is NOT on the cover page of the operating instructions.

Compatibility

If your vehicle was built before 2000, it is probably equipped with fuel injection, ABS, immobilizer and data BUS. The use of our products may be restricted or impossible. Please check whether the desired item is compatible with your vehicle before purchasing.
