I would like to send in a product for repair/inspection
Before returning the item, please make sure that there is actually a defect. Please refer to the information in the manual and contact our support team if necessary.
When returning goods, be sure to enclose a copy of the invoice with date and the completed repair form form. If no invoice is included, these products will be treated as out of warranty! If you send us devices without an invoice or outside the warranty period, the inspection will cost a flat rate of EUR 25. This flat rate will be charged before the inspection and can NOT be offset against any repair costs incurred later.
If there is an appliance fault and an invoice proves compliance with the warranty conditions, we will replace or repair the product free of charge. If an item is sent in for inspection within the warranty period that does not have an appliance fault but a malfunction due to incorrect operation, connection or adjustment, we will charge a flat rate for the inspection.

- Products under 100 EUR retail price - 10 EUR
- Products over 100 EUR retail price - 25 EUR
If you send products from outside the EU to motogadget GmbH in Germany for exchange or repair, please make sure to declare the shipment correctly for customs. We do NOT accept goods that are subject to customs duty or import sales tax. The goods may then not be returned by customs and will be lost!
Rules for customers outside the EU
Due to changes in customs regulations in Germany, we strongly recommend that you use shipping providers who clear customs themselves (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, etc.). Do not ship with state mail.

In order to repair your item quickly, we require a detailed description of the fault. If the information is missing or imprecise, e.g. "the part is defective", we cannot carry out an inspection.
In this case, we will have to contact you, which will lead to considerable delays. Please note that we may have to remove attached plug connections.
