Translight - Technology®

To fulfill our mission of building compact and powerful indicators, we have developed TranzLight Technology®. The light is guided through a crystal-like glass body, which efficiently directs and focuses the light thanks to total reflection at the interfaces of glass and air. This innovative and patented approach turns the glass body itself into a direction blinker.

When switched off, the blinker is almost invisible, while when switched on it not only emits a concentrated light, but also scattered light in all directions. This ensures additional visibility and safety.

Unsurpassed luminosity

Our indicators use phosphor-converted high-performance LEDs that provide exceptional brightness. A sophisticated circuit ensures that the sensitive LEDs are supplied with a constant current at all times. This means that the brightness of the blinker always remains constant, regardless of fluctuating vehicle voltages.

The high-quality housings made of CNC-machined aluminum are not only robust, but also crucial for heat management. It efficiently dissipates the resulting waste heat into the ambient air. Thanks to the integrated protective circuit and optimum heat dissipation, the LEDs achieve an impressive service life of around 50,000 hours.

Quality - Made in Germany

With our indicators, the light is not simply guided through a diffusing lens, but through three-dimensional optics. This places much higher demands on precision and manufacturing quality. In order to guarantee these high standards at all times, our highly specialized experts manufacture all optical components in our own injection moulding production facility.

Supported by state-of-the-art robotics, each blinker is assembled by hand in Berlin. We only use selected high-performance LEDs and first-class materials. We measure the light profile of each blinker on our in-house light test stand and ensure that all legal requirements are met before the product leaves our premises.
