motogadget bar extension - suitable for BMW (set)

A complete disappointment. My friend and I did some research and then ordered handlebar ends. Unfortunately, the thread didn't fit and it wasn't clear on the website that this thread wasn't compatible with my bike. I reported Motogadget and soon received a second employee who was much less friendly than the first. He initially offered me a return label so that I could send back the unusable part. I accepted this several times, but was suddenly told that he couldn't send a returns label and that the error was ours. I was lectured, although my only concern was to return the item and get the purchase price refunded. The employee's long emails might help to better understand the situation, but I cannot reproduce them in full here. From the impression I get, it seems as if they are trying to make me feel unfit - perhaps because I am a woman? Just for the record, that doesn't mean I have no idea.

The whole process is disappointing and sad. It seems that the store does not handle mistakes professionally. I shopped there the first and last time and don't like it when someone puts themselves above others instead of being solution-oriented.

Super nice, super processed. Why only 4 stars ? Because they don't fit my BMW model 100%. There is a tiny gap, but maybe that's complaining on a high level and the support is always there to help. Top top top

Nice and fit well, but the area for the mirrors could have been 2-3mm wider.
Had to twist the sleeves off a bit, now the mirrors fit perfectly. 😊

The handlebar extension is of very good quality, unfortunately it does not fit a BMW CE 04 scooter. The screw mount is M8 on this vehicle.
