The motosign


from motogadget is an indicator lamp panel that fits perfectly with the motoscope light in terms of size and design. Of course, it can also be used as a stand-alone instrument.

The Casing
The billet aluminium casing is CNC-milled and therefore of the highest quality. Its surface is anodized either in black or natural aluminium (silver). Now also available in mirror polish!. The casing is sealed and protects all electronic parts against weather, water and dust.

LEDs and symbols
The casing features 8 ultra bright LEDs below a matte-finished cover so that they are invisible when not illuminated. This cover is engraved with a series of standard symbols, and each of these symbols is illuminated in a specific colour when the corresponding LED is activated. The engraved symbols include turn signal indication (arrows left and right), water or oil temperature, high beam light or general light, generator charge or battery voltage indicator, oil pressure and neutral gear. The eighth symbol is a warning triangle that can be connected to a sensor of the user's choice. Built-in resistors ensure that voltage is correctly adapted to the LEDs.

The colours of the 8 LEDs are red (4), yellow (2), blue (1) and green (1). A note of caution: some of our product photos feature unrealistically colourful LEDS. This is an effect of the simultaneous operation of all LEDs on some photos and does not correspond to operation fo the device in reality.

Installation
Due to its compact dimensions and attractive design the motosign fits most motorcycles. Attachment is easy and solid with two tapped holes (M4 size) on the back side of the instrument. For users wishing to combine the motosign with the motoscope light we offer a mounting bracket (Bracket MSL C) as an option.

Wiring
The connection cable is approx. 50 cm long and can easily reach connection points beneath the fuel tank or within the headlight. The cable contains 8 positive and 8 negative wires, which are required to switch the 8 LEDs independently of one another.
